Daimen Carter has been shaping the intersection of design and technology since 2016, specializing in web design, brand development, and creative direction. Before founding Eutopus, he worked with Sony Entertainment’s record labels and other leading entertainment companies, helping build digital ecosystems that connect artists with audiences worldwide.
He later joined Barbri Global—the world leader in legal education—where he contributed to the design of web and app experiences built to empower the next generation of lawyers. Since 2018, Daimen has led creative and technical teams as Head of Digital at Midtown Radio & Records, where he oversees branding, strategy, and digital infrastructure. His portfolio includes high-profile entertainment projects such as Corey Feldman’s brand campaigns, blending storytelling and innovation to create lasting cultural impact.
Shi comes from a background in business, having managed high-profile restaurants across Atlanta before making the transition into design. Recognizing how quickly the world was shifting toward digital experiences, she began her design journey in early 2023—starting as an intern at Eutopus and quickly standing out for her ability to merge business strategy with creative execution.
While the company initially focused on digital marketing, Shi saw an opportunity to expand its reach. She launched a sales division dedicated to building real-world connections, blending her experience in operations and client relations to open new doors for growth and collaboration.
